RETURN PRICING
Swim Returns:
If you opted for the $2.98 option for free returns with store credit and exchange protection during the initial checkout, you can initiate a return for store credit or exchange. Our returns center will provide you with a pre-paid label. However, if you didn't choose the $2.98 free return + exchange protection during the original checkout, you will be accountable for the return shipping costs of the product.
Non-Swim Returns:
If the $2.98 package protection is purchased at checkout, your order is eligible for free returns for store credit. For exchanges and returns for refund, standard return fees apply.
GENERAL RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Refund must be initiated by customer within 14 days of receipt

Prizes, including products won through giveaways, are excluded from the return, exchange, or resale policy.

CANCELED ORDERS
Our Shipping times are within a 24 business day window and cannot always be canceled or stopped after the order has been placed.
RETURN PROCESS TIME
All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse. The customer will be notified when the refund has been issued.
SHIPPING
SHIPPING TIME
We ship fast with USPS from our warehouse. All orders are shipped out within one business day of order and most of our orders are received within 2-5 business days.
TRACKING MY ORDER
An e-mail will be sent to you with a tracking number as your order ships. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking number to update.
FREE SHIPPING
At Zumwolle, we try to minimize shipping costs as much as possible. Therefore, any U.S. order over $149 qualifies for free shipping.
LOST PACKAGES
We understand there are times when packages get lost in shipping. We will do our best to help you track your packages and, if needed, file claims with USPS. If you think your package is lost, please reach out to our team through email at [email protected].

Zumwolle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by USPS to the given destination.

The customer is fully responsible if their order gets sent back to Zumwolle HQ and marked as Insufficient address, unclaimed or "Unrecognized Address".
